ABOUT THE OWNER
My name is Wayne Emerson, I’m a 10 year “digital marketing” veteran who got involved in this industry after opting out running my own business as a contractor during the 2008 Florida construction crash. I was applying for a lot of positions in construction sales and to my surprise received a call from a rapidly growing digital marketing company, asking me to come in.
A little hesitant and intimidated I went to the interview, not knowing a thing about online marketing. Straightaway the founder informed me all though they were growing quickly there were a lot of missed opportunities for business because of a perceived inability to truly connect to many of their potential clients. With a heavy focus on blue collar organizations, they felt like someone directly from their arena would bridge the gap better.
To my surprise, they told me over 25 people had been interviewed but I was the one to offer a position. I accepted the job with a lot of confidence and anticipation. After sitting for over 2 hours and getting a crash course on how companies could receive a lot more incoming calls to convert to sales, I was hooked.Upon hiring, I was then given years of some of the most comprehensive digital marketing training known at that time, with a heavy focus on SEO, PPC, E-Commerce & Social Media. Utilizing years of successful sales and business development skills I was able to develop a unique skill set that enabled me to explain digital marketing in a simple, understandable way to a lay person. Now, with my very own agency, Logos Marketing LLC, I maintain that same mindset, adjusting my conversations to the level of the person in front of me. I now service many business segments including all blue collar trades, automotive industry, restaurant and hospitality and any other that I feel confident Logos Marketing can make a difference.
